Speaker: Michael Krahn CMA, CFM, CPA, CHFP
Michael is the owner and CEO of Remarc Consulting and Data Solutions, LLC.
Michael’s passion, and the core mission of his firm, is to teach accounting professionals how to become advanced financial data analysts using Open-Source Software, and to coach accounting and finance leaders how to organize their operations to best take advantage of the ‘data-centric’ future of management accounting’.
Michael is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and Certified Financial Manager (CFM). Michael earned the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation from the Florida Board of Accountancy and the Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) designation from the Healthcare Financial Management Association. In 2017, Michael earned a MS in Business Analytics and Project Management from the University of Connecticut.
Michael’s professional experience ranges from financial consulting for sub-acute health care providers to controller for a large regional Academic Health / Hospital System to implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for large Hospital / Health organizations.
