Speaker: Kurt Wojtanek, CPA - Director, KPMG LLP

Topic: “Implementing the New Lease Accounting Standard”

Kurt Wojtanek is a Director in KPMG’s Accounting Advisory Services practice that provides technical accounting, financial reporting, and other support in connection with complex transactions such as acquisitions, divestitures, and IPOs. He has led numerous projects assisting clients with their implementation of the new leasing and revenue standards. As a member of the KPMG Networks for Leasing and Revenue Recognition, he is a frequent presenter on these topics.

Prior to joining KPMG’s Accounting Advisory Services practice, Kurt served as a Manager in KPMG’s audit practice where he led integrated and financial statement audits for a variety of clients, providing him considerable exposure to a wide variety of U.S GAAP accounting and SEC reporting matters. Kurt received a bachelors of business administration in accounting from the University of Massachusetts and is a licensed CPA in Massachusetts.
