EQ is quickly becoming a key component in the workforce today. More and more companies are beginning to add elements of EQ to their talent acquisition strategy, performance management, and leadership development programs. Join Dr. Christopher Berg, founder of the career services provider, Go Berg or Go Home, as he demystifies the buzz on EQ and why it has become essential for individuals to develop their EQ and how it leads to career success.

Dr. Christopher Berg is currently the Head of Global Learning Design at ADP based in Roseland, NJ. He has worked for three Fortune 100 companies in the telecommunications industry and held multiple executive positions in the learning and development field. His diverse skillset includes experience in sales management, corporate training, classroom instruction, curriculum/instructional design, human resources, employee relations, change management, executive coaching, and recruitment.

In 2013, Chris founded Go Berg or Go Home LLC. Go Berg or Go Home specializes in professional career services for individuals and organizations, with multiple “Best-in-Class” Business Awards for Career Services in 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017 from Thumbtack, New York Times, TalentSmart, and ZipRecruiter. To date, Go Berg or Go Home has assisted over 4000 professionals in the fields of resume writing, career coaching, interview prep, professional public speaking, entrepreneurship, and job placement assistance. Recently, Chris earned his doctorate in educational leadership from the University of New England and a master’s degree in instructional design from Quinnipiac University. He also has a master’s in organizational leadership and a BA in English, both from Albertus Magnus College.
