Working Through Others to Achieve Results
In this interactive presentation, members will learn not only tools and techniques for working through others but also the phiolosophy behind when and how it’s important. Participants will:
- Understand the effects maintaining control versus letting go has on overall performance
- Gain insight into how they spend their time, and incorporate strategies for offloading and delegating those things they shouldn’t be doing
- Study technique for effectively delegating work to others
- Learn how to give feedback, listen to, and coach others when they aren’t meeting expectations
