Speaker: Melissa Ferrucci, CPA
Melissa L. Ferrucci, CPA, is the Office Managing Partner for CohnRenick’s Hartford and Stamford, CT offices and serves as leader in the real estate practice for CohnReznick’s Connecticut offices. Serving clients in commercial real estate and affordable housing, she provides auditing services and guidance on critical industry issues to a range of stakeholders. She also works closely with various governments and quasi-governmental agencies.
Melissa also serves as a national instructor with CohnReznick’s Learning & Development team and is Co-Chair of the Community Impact Committee for the Hartford office.

Speaker: Angel Li , CPA
Angel Li has more than 25 years of experience providing federal and state tax compliance and consulting services to companies of all sizes across the manufacturing, real estate, technology, and private equity industries.
Angel’s tax consulting services include analysis of tax structures and transactions, buy- and sell-side tax due diligence, income tax provision support, and representing clients in IRS, state, and local examinations. In addition, she has extensive experience navigating the tax implications of partnerships and partners in a range of industries including private equity, real estate partnerships, family partnerships, and multi-state and international business structures.
Before joining CohnReznick, Angel was a tax partner for an assurance, tax, and advisory firm where she launched and led its accounting service division and co-led its transaction service practice. She is a licensed CPA.
