IMA Hartford Chapter members and local area At Large IMA members are invited to attend the Summer Planning meeting, which will be held at one of our member's offices.

The planning sessions over the summer will be working sessions to get our new fiscal year 7/2026-6/2027 events, both speaker and non-speaker events, established.
As a group, we will be brainstorming ideas and making selections on potential topics, speakers, plant tours, networking and venue options. The members of our working group can select the area(s) they’re willing to help lock in from the various selections decided upon. Then the details will be captured in our annual program schedule for promoting via a mailing to members, our website and postings on social media.
Come have input in order to make an exciting program schedule for all!

We welcome all members' input. And, whether you are on the Board, a regular volunteer/advisor or haven't participated in planning before, all members are welcome to join us in the summer planning sessions.
