Dear Members,
As March arrives, we find ourselves reflecting on the resilience and adaptability that define our community, especially after the recent snowstorms that swept through Connecticut. I hope you and your families are safe and well. These events remind us of the importance of supporting one another, both professionally and personally.
Despite the challenges, our chapter continues to thrive. We have exciting events planned this spring, including professional development sessions and networking opportunities. I encourage you to stay engaged, share your experiences, and reach out, I would love to hear from our membership.

Please take note of the NERC Student Leadership Conference this month and encourage students to attend. It's a great event introducing our future professionals to the IMA, to our certifications and to the the vast array of career paths within our varied industries.
